Bayer Leverkusen have confirmed their interest in signing Andre Ayew from the French Ligue 1 club Marseille this summer, according to EuroSport.
Bayer’s manager Roger Schmidt has stated in a press conference that the club is interested in bringing the 25 year old to Bundesliga in the summer.
The Ghanaian international, whose contract at Marseille is running until the summer and he looks certain to make a move from the Stade Velodrome, with a number of clubs including the Premier League outfit Tottenham Hotspur interested in his signature, as reported in the Daily Mail.
Ayew has scored seven goals along with two assists in 22 matches in Ligue 1 this season, who will be available on a free transfer at the end of the season.
