Manchester City have reportedly made an enquiry about a possible summer move to sign Tottenham Hotspur left-back Danny Rose, according to The Mirror.
The reigning Premier League champions are reportedly keen to strengthen their squad for next season, with many of their players are expected to leave the Etihad after a difficult second half of the season.
The newspaper claims that Citizens have made an enquiry about the 24 year old defender, who extended his new five-year contract to remain with the North Londoners last summer and his market value reaches £10 million.
It has also been reported that City could face a tough competition from Chelsea for Rose’s signature, but the Blues have less chances to do business with their rivals Spurs.
Rose has been excellent this season, who has made 24 league appearances for the club so far, while producing impressive displays at left back.
