Sami Khedira wants Madrid extension

Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira has insisted that he wants to sign a new contract extension at the club.

The 27-year-old midfielder has been heavily linked with a move away from the Spanish capital – with Arsenal, Chelsea and Bayern Munich are all interested to sign him when his Blancos deal expires in the summer.

But now it seems – the Germany international is eager to sign a new contract with the UEFA champions, Khedira said, “If we can reach a solution, I’ll be very happy,”

Khedira joined the Madrid from Stuttgart in 2010.
