Paris Saint-Germain have announced the signing of Yuri Berchiche from Real Sociedad on a five-year deal.
The left-back had been with the Spanish outfit since 2012 and has made 35 La Liga appearances last season, scoring thrice, earning a big-money move to the Ligue 1 giants.

The Spaniard defender, who signed a five-year deal with the Parisians, become the club’s first signing of the summer and will compete with Layvin Kurzawa for the left-back position in the coming season.
Berchiche started his career with Athletic Bilbao before joining Tottenham Hotspur, where he failed to make an impact, later he returned to his hometown in 2010 with Real Union, switching to Real Sociedad two years later.
