Chelsea forward Fernando Torres is all set to join Serie A side AC Milan on a two-year loan deal, as the club confirmed the news on Twitter.

The Spanish striker joined the Blues from Liverpool in 2011 for a record £50m fee but struggled to make an impact during his three-and-a-half disappointing years at Stamford Bridge.
The 30-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to the San Siro and the deal now looks set to be materialise. He will replace the italian superstar Mario Balotelli, who moved to Liverpool for £16m.
