Fulham prospect Ryan Sessegnon is reportedly the subject of interest from Tottenham Hotspur, according to The Telegraph.
Spurs have identified 17-year-old defender as the ideal man to replace Danny Rose, should the wantaway full-back leave at the end of the season.
Rose, 27, has made it clear that he wants to leave the north London outfit. He is said to be a target for Manchester United, Chelsea and Spurs have reportedly begun the hunt for his replacement.
Spurs believe Sessegnon could be the perfect man to fill Rose’s boots. The north Londoners tried to sign the Fulham teenager during the summer but the deal has failed to materialise.
Manchester United and Liverpool, meanwhile, have also expressed an interest in Sessegnon, who signed his first professional contract with the Lilywhites earlier this year.
Sessegnon’s contract at the Championship outfit has no buy-back clause and he is expected to be the subject of a bidding war in the summer.
