Man United fans want club to sign the Italian defender

Manchester United are reportedly interested for the signature of £50million-rated Juventus’s Leonardo Bonucci.

The Italy international was hugely impressive during his country’s Euro 2016 campaign, playing himself into multiple teams of the tournament selections and

The Mirror claim the Red Devils are ready to spend huge to fend off interest from rivals Manchester City, who are also thought to be interested in the defender’s services.

Bonucci has been linked with a number of English clubs already this summer, including City and Chelsea. But, now the Old Trafford outfit are seemingly also in the hunt for the 29-year-old, who helped Juve to successive Serie A triumphs in recent years.

United supporters took to Twitter with surprisingly mixed reaction, most would be delighted at the rumours of Bonucci to Old Trafford but there are a few that would rather not see the club to spend big money for the defender.
