Liverpool have reportedly joined the clutch of clubs hoping to sign £34m-rated Monaco midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni.
The 21-year-old attacker continues to play a starring role for the Ligue 1 outfit, contributing two goals from 15 appearances in all competitions this season.
Juventus and Chelsea are both interested in signing the starlet in the summer of 2022, but they are not the only two clubs vying for the Frenchman’s signature.
According to Calciomercato, Liverpool are also keeping close tabs on Tchouameni’s situation as they look for a replacement for Georgino Wijnaldum, and the French club values him at £34m.
The report adds that Borussia Dortmund are also in the race as they plan for life without Axel Witsel, who is contracted to BVB until June next year.
Tchouameni scored five goals and registered four assists in 60 appearances for Monaco.
