Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Javier Pastore has committed his long-term future after signing a three-year contract extension with the Ligue 1 champions that will remain until 2019.
The Argentine had 12-month left on his previous deal and was in rumours that he may leave the Parc des Princes this summer, but the 25-year-old has ended speculation about his future move by extending his stay with the Parisians.

“I am very happy to extend my contract,” He said in a club statement. “I have just enjoyed the best season of my career.”
The midfielder arrived French capital from Palermo in July 2011 and helped Laurent Blanc’s side in winning the Ligue 1 title for the third consecutive year, the Coupe de la Ligue and Coupe de France, the first French club to claim all three silverware in the same year.
Pastore has enjoyed a successful campaign in 2014-15, scored five goals and provided 12 assists in 34 appearances.
