Chelsea are in talks with the French club AS Monaco to sign Radamel Falcao, who was a big flop during his loan spell at Manchester United, according to the Daily Express.
The Colombia international who joined the Red Devils in the summer of 2014, managed only four goals in 26 league appearances under Louis van Gaal.
He will now return to France this summer, but it seems the Premier League champions are in hunt of a striker following Drogba’s departure, and the Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano claims that the Blues are interested in signing the 29-year-old this summer.
#Chelsea is in talks for Radamel Falcao. He could be a target, they took informations and contacts are started. Let’s see if #CFC will bid.

Here’s some of the best reactions from Twitter to news of Falcao:
Jose doesn’t get his strikers wrong often, strikers that HE wants. Trust him with Falcao

Costa Remy Falcao Hey I’ll take that… Especially with Jose as the manager

I won’t mind Falcao because he won’t be a first choice striker, our season will not be dependent on him. Costa, Falcao and Remy is good.
