Barcelona are lining up a swoop for Napoli forward Lorenzo Insigne this summer.
The Catalan giants have already completed the signing of Sergio Aguero, Eric Garcia and Memphis Depay on free transfers and they are confident to bolster their squad in the current market.
According to Sportitalia via Marca, Barca are closely monitoring the rise of Insigne, whose contract with Partenopei expires in June 2022.
Barcelona could move for the Italy international in this summer’s transfer window if the Serie A outfit are unwilling to let him leave the club for free.
The 30-year-old is believed to have attracted interest from other elite clubs across the continent.
Insigne also had a stellar 2020-21 campaign with Napoli, contributing 19 goals and seven assists in 35 Serie A appearances.
