Barcelona have reportedly made a return with a fresh offer for Real Betis defender Junior Firpo.
The La Liga champions are believed to be in the market for a new left-back to provide competition for Jordi Alba.
The Catalan giants have been linked with a move for Bayern Munich defender David Alaba, who is available for the right price in the ongoing transfer window.

However, according to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Ernesto Valverde’s side have raised their offer for Firpo from £18m to £24m in a bid to secure a deal before the summer transfer window closes next month.
Firpo, 22, who has been linked with both Liverpool and Manchester United this summer – has scored three goals in 24 La Liga appearances for Los Verdiblancos during the 2018-19 campaign.
