Argentine veteran agree a move to China

The Paris Saint-Germain forward Ezequiel Lavezzi is the latest to make the big-money move to Chinese Super League.

The Argentine attacker has agreed a two-year contract with the Chinese outfit Hebei Fortune ending rumours linking him with the Premier League champions Chelsea, according to the Daily Mail.

The 30-year-old forward’s contract with the French champions is set to expire at the end of the season in June, believed he will earn an estimated £23.5m after tax over the course of his two-year contract to China.

Lavezzi will join the likes of Alex Teixeira, Jackson Martinez, Tim Cahill and Ramires as high-profile players to the lucrative Chinese Super League in 2016.
