Aston Villa have signed Robert Snodgrass from West Ham United on a season-loan deal.
The Scotland international, who only joined the Hammers from Hull in January, becomes Villa’s sixth signing of the summer following the arrival of John Terry, Glenn Whelan and Christopher Samba.
Snodgrass leaves London Stadium after having made just eight starts and seven substitute appearances for the East Londoners.
Villans have secured a deal for the 29-year-old midfielder with an option to buy him permanently at the end of the season.

Snodgrass helped Hull City win promotion to the English Premier League in 2016 and is looking forward to doing the same with Villa this season.
