The 27-year-old’s future at Old Trafford has been under scrutiny for recent times with manager Louis van Gaal appears unconvinced that the Argentine deserves a regular place in the playing eleven.
However the midfielder recently admitted that he had no plans to leave the Red Devils.
“No [I haven’t considered leaving], because I’m not thinking like that. I like to deal with things,” he said.
But the Spanish newspaper Sport claimed that Barcelona were keeping a close eye on Di Maria’s situation as the Dutch manager would be happy to let him go this summer.
And the latest report from Le Parisien suggest that former Real Madrid star is on the brink of a move to Ligue 1 champions, who have already reached an agreement.
The Parisians were heavily linked with the midfielder’s signature last summer, but the deal was not materialised due to Financial Fair Play legislation.
