Real Madrid still interested in Khvicha Kvaratskhelia

Real Madrid are reportedly interested in signing Napoli forward Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, as reported by Fichajes.

Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti is said to be eager to add the 22-year-old attacker to his squad during the summer transfer window.

Kvaratskhelia has emerged as a notable figure in Europe, particularly after joining the Italian outfit last summer. He quickly became a crucial player for Partenopei, and is now considered one of the top attackers in the Serie A.

The Georgian has played a key role in Napoli’s charge towards the Serie A title, forming a strong partnership with Victor Osimhen, and has also made an impact in the Champions League, with a total of 11 goals and 14 assists in 23 appearances across all competitions.

Real Madrid’s interest in the youngster has been described differently in various reports. Some have suggested that La Liga champions are interested in signing him, while others have claimed that their interest has diminished.

However, Fichajes reports that Los Blancos have prioritised the attacker as a key target.

Madrid have to spend a significant amount to acquire Kvaratskhelia. Moreover, the Serie A leaders might be reluctant to part ways with him. However, it can be challenging to reject an offer from the European champions, considered by many to be the most significant club globally.
