The Brazil U20 international Nathan de Souza has confirmed that he has signed with Chelsea, although the Premier League champions have not announced the deal.
Nathan, 19, posted a picture of himself on his Instagram account signing a contract with the Blues.
However, his move to Stamford Bridge is subject to being granted a work permit in the UK and it is believed that the midfielder may spend his first season on loan.
He told, “A dream is coming true! First of all I want to thank God for always lighting my way, my dad who always believed in my talent and was a real warrior while helping me to reach my goals, my family and friends who always supported me… And I am also thankful to Club Atletico Paranaense, which was part of this journey and where I played for 6 years of my career. Thank you Chelsea for trusting in me, I will do my best to support my team on reaching new achievements. WE ARE ALL BLUE :blue_heart::soccer:”
Nathan will joins his fellow Brazilians Filipe Luis, Oscar, Lucas Piazon, Ramires, Wallace and Willian at the west London club.
