The Belgian international, who joined the Bundesliga outfit Wolfsburg from Chelsea in January 2012, has attracted interest from the English club Manchester City, whose manager Manuel Pellegrini is thought to interested in bringing the 23 year old attacking midfielder at Etihad Stadium.
It is believed that the Premier League champions are ready to launch 20 million pounds of price tag for the Chelsea cast-off Kevin De Bruyne in order to secure his signature when the transfer window reopens.
De Bruyne has scored three goals and provided 10 assists in 17 games for the German club this season so far. His arrival would help the Citizens for the remaining season of the Premier League and club’s Champions League bid.
