Valencia midfielder Carlos Soler has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Liverpool.
The 24-year-old has enjoyed an impressive 2020-21 campaign for Valencia last term, contributing 11 goals and eight assists from 32 appearances in the top flight.
Fichajes claims that Liverpool have now identified Soler as an ideal replacement for Georginio Wijnaldum and a deal for Soler looks like a very plausible option next year.
The Spanish outfit could be pressured into a sale before the midfielder enters the final year of his contract.
Soler racked up 188 appearances for Valencia, contributing 26 goals and 26 assists.
Soler’s deal with Los Ches is due to expire in 2023.
