The Premier League champions Chelsea were linked with a move for the 23-year-old but after undergoing a medical in Turin, the forward has signed five-years contract with the Serie A champions until 2022.
The Old Lady have announced that they will pay the €40m fee over the next three years, with the player becoming their sixth summer signing so far.
Bernandeschi has scored 11 goals in 32 Series A appearances last season, with two goals came from eight outings in the Europa League.
