Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu has committed his future with the French champions by signing a three-year contract extension that will keep him at the Parc des Princes until 2018. The club’s official website confirmed the news.
The 27-year-old joined the Persians from Serie A club Palermo in 2011, has claimed two Ligue 1 titles and the Coupe de la Ligue.
“I want to continue this great human and sporting adventure with Paris Saint-Germain,” the Italy international told the club’s official website. “I know we’re only at the beginning of something special. We will still win many titles together!”
Sirigu has made over 100 appearances including 20 European ties for the French champions since his move from the Italian side Palermo in 2011.
