The west London outfit have been keeping tabs on the Italy international recent weeks ahead of a possible summer move for the 22-year-old attacker.
The Blues were heavily linked with a bid for the winger in the January transfer window but it didn’t happen, and the rumours now claims that the Premier League leaders will reignite their interest in the player at the end of the season.
Bernardeschi has scored 11 goals and registered 4 assists in 30 appearances for the Viola this season, attracting interest from the European heavyweights with the likes of Inter Milan, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich.
