According to reports, if Ferran Torres departs, Barcelona may look to bring in Crystal Palace’s Wilfried Zaha.
The Ivory Coast international can negotiate with foreign clubs about a pre-contract agreement as his current deal at Selhurst Park expires in June 2023
He is believed to be a highly sought-after player by clubs in the UK and abroad.
The 30-year-old, who has scored six goals and provided two assists in 15 top flight appearances this season, is reportedly attracting interest from several Premier League clubs, including Arsenal, Chelsea, and Tottenham Hotspur.
Fichajes reports that Barcelona are considering signing Zaha as a possible replacement for Ferran Torres, whose future with the club is uncertain.
Torres has reportedly fallen out of favour at Camp Nou and has only started six top flight games this season.
The Spaniard is under contract with Barca for another four and a half years.
Zaha spent time in Crystal Palace’s youth setup between 2004 and 2013 before moving on to Manchester United, where he made only four senior appearances.
