Twitter has been loaded with full of tributes to Leicester City after the Foxes were confirmed Premier League champions on Monday evening.
Claudio Ranieri’s side have been crowned England’s 24th different league winners, thanks to yesterday’s 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge.
The trophy would be heading to the East Midlands and the King Power Stadium for the first time in the club’s 132-year history.
