Tottenham Hotspur have entered the race to sign Ajax full-back Nicolas Tagliafico in the summer, The Sun reports.
Spurs have reportedly joined domestic rivals Arsenal in the race to sign the 26-year-old defender, who only joined the Dutch outfit last summer.
His performance during Ajax’s run to the quarter-finals of the Champions League has attracted a lot of interest from elsewhere.
Arsenal head coach Unai Emery is thought to see the Argentine as a replacement for Nacho Monreal, while La Liga giants Real Madrid and Barcelona have also been credited with an interest.
The report claims that Tottenham Hotspur are now in the running for Tagliafico’s signature and have already scouted the full-back many times this season.
The Argentina international could be available for as little as £15million.
Tagliafico has scored five and created five more in 34 appearances for the Dutch outfit so far this season.
