Giorgio Chiellini wants to quit his career at Juventus

Juventus defender Giorgio Chiellini has expressed his desire to finish his playing career with the Bianconeri.

The 30-year-old Italy international has been with the Italian giants since 2005, has played a crucial role in the club’s three successive Serie A titles, and he hopes to remain with the Turin outfit until he decides to hang up the boots.

“Playing in another team? Maybe in another league,” Chiellini has told reporters. “Juve are my side. I think and I hope to close my career here.”

Chiellini has made more than 350 appearances for the Juve over the past 10 years and has decided to end his career with the current Serie A champions.

Juventus to face Atletico Madrid in the Champions League Group Stage on Wednesday at Vicente Calderon.
