Chelsea target Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain?

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has reportedly made Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain his first-choice summer transfer target, according to Tuesday’s edition of The Sun.

It is understood that the Blues are desperate to add a striker to replace Didier Drogba, who is set to leave the Stamford Bridge this summer.

The Premier League champions have also been linked with Manchester United flop Radamel Falcao from AS Monaco.

However, The Sun reports as quoted by The Mirror that the Portuguese manager could be make a £30m move for the Argentine striker Gonzalo Higuain, who has emerged as a summer target for the west London club.

The 27-year-old striker has scored 29 times in 56 appearances for the Italians last season.

Higuain joined the Partenopei from Real Madrid in 2013 but couldn’t hep the Serie A outfit for the Champions League, that means he may look to leave the Stadio San Paolo this summer.
