Benfica have set £20 million price tag for midfielder Nemanja Matic for January Transfer, according to The Mirror.
The Report claim, Manchester United wants to strengthen their midfield and keen to sign a defensive midfielder to bring him in at Old Trafford.
United manager David Moyes has sent their scouts to watch him in action in the last two games for Portuguese giants and it has been expected that United are desperate to sign 25-year-old midfielder in January.
However, The Red Devils could face tough competition from Serie A side Napoli, who are looking to bolster their squad.
The Serbian international, who joined Benfica in 2011 in a £21m deal, since then he made impressive 52 appearances for Benfica.
