Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing Marseille forward Michy Batshuayi in January transfer window, according to reports as quoted by Express.
The Gunners manager Arsene Wenger has been criticised for failing to bring in another striker at the Emirates earlier this summer, but according to reports the north Londoners could sign the Belgian youngster in order to bolster their attacking options in the winter window.
Batshuayi, 21, who joined Marseille from Standard Liege in 2014, and has already scored 12 goals in 31 Ligue 1 appearances for the club.
Arsenal could face tough competition from Tottenham Hotspur in Batshuayi’s signature, who Marseille reportedly value in the region of £22million.
