Chelsea sporting director Michael Emenalo is reportedly monitoring the progress of Juventus ace Paul Pogba during last night’s Champions League match against Bayern Munich, according to Gazzetta dello Sport as quoted by Goal.
The 22-year-old has established himself as one of the world-class professionals since the midfielder joins the Italian outfit from Manchester United in 2012.
The report suggests, Emenalo had been on the stands to keep an eye on the Juve’s No. 10, who has revealed his intention to leave the Turin this summer.
The west Londoners would still have to face a tough competition for Pogba’ signature as the Premier League rivals Manchester City are also said to be interested in the Frenchman’s services.
Pogba has scored five goals and provided eight assists for the Old Lady this term.
